It’s not called number one for nothing. We were tasked with marketing this best-in-class workplace building with a campaign that showcases its effortless blend of design, detail and diligent placemaking.
THE CHALLENGE
From state-of-the-art materials, super connectivity and sophisticated amenities, the whole space breathes premium. Our plan was to create a style and vision befitting of a space that is a cut above the ordinary.
We took a minimalistic approach in marketing No.1 Spinningfields which allowed this world-class office space to speak for itself. This bold, clean and confident style was used across the whole campaign – including brochures, website/app design, exterior signage, wayfinding system and a cutting-edge marketing suite.
